Payments

As we understand that these baby dolls are quite expensive; all custom orders are available for
Payment Plans.


After choosing your baby doll, you must agree to our terms of Sale:

  • Payment plans are for up to 6 months, with an invoice sent thought PayPal or Square.

  • A deposit of minimum 15% is required to start Payments.

  • The Buyer must indicate how often the payments will be sent.

  • A final fee of 3.5% will be added for PayPal and credit card payments.

  • Sale Taxes will be added to your final bill.

  • If you have problems sending your payments is ok, just “communicate with us” or else your

order and preview payments will be considered “abandoned” if you stop communicating.

  • We’ll start working in your baby when at least 50% of the full price has been paid.

  • Pictures of the work in progress will be sent to the buyer.

  • The doll will be shipped when all payments have been completed.

  • We can only estimate the time for your custom to be made it usually takes 5 to 8 weeks to

make one baby, depending how busy we are at the time, please understand even if you pay
in full before our estimated time you’ll have to wait for your custom baby to be finished.


As the buyer, please understand Products are “AS IS” and purchased by the buyer with the
knowledge that these are considered “art pieces” and each one is handmade and may contain
imperfections. However, these are usually part of the piece and what gives each one its individual traits and makes each piece “ONE OF A KIND”.

Invoices are available if requested, but MOST products come with a bill of sale/receipt.

Online Classes

All “Online Classes” are delivered to the class purchaser via YouTube videos; the class purchaser must have an “ACTIVE account with YouTube” to participate in our classes.


After purchasing a class Send us an email with your YouTube email, in order to give you access to watch.

Returns and Exchanges

We “DO NOT” accept returns and exchanges in Baby Dolls and Custom Orders


For eyes and small items (under $50) we accept returns or exchange, buyer must pay for return shipping and refund will be sent minus shipping expenses previously paid.

The following items “CAN NOT” be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Purchased Baby Dolls.

  • Digital downloads

  • Art products: Sculptures, Dolls, and any item in: Resin, Silicone, Clay, Wood, Paper, or Metal

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping

All products and orders to be mailed to buyers over $100 are sent with USPS Priority mail with a tracking number, orders over $300 will include signature confirmation.

Most orders will ship as soon as the piece is completed and approved by the buyer via photos, or if the piece is already completed, within 2-5 business days.
 

SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS IN THE MAIL
Insurance is available for an extra fee. Contact seller prior to purchase for an invoice.
Shipping Methods: USPS First Class or Priority

All Orders have a Tracking Number.

International customers:
The buyer is responsible for customs Fees in their country.
Orders are shipped with International International with a tracking number and delivery confirmation, but we don't know how long will take for the parcel to arrive.
